Property Data Labs is a suite of tools for exporting property listings from Zillow. Zillow Data Exporter runs in your browser and exports listings to CSV or Excel. The cloud platform handles larger exports and monitoring without requiring you to keep your browser open.

No. Property Data Labs is not a data broker or provider. Zillow Data Exporter lets you extract publicly available data from Zillow. We sell the tool that helps you collect data; we do not sell the data itself.
Zillow may temporarily limit access when many listings are exported in a short period. If that happens, pause your exports and try again later.
You can use exported data for property research, market analysis, lead organization, and internal workflows. You are responsible for following Zillow's terms and any laws that apply to your use of the data.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from your account settings. Upgrades are charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrade credits are applied to your next bill.
There is no time-limited trial. New accounts start on the Free plan, which lets you test the core functionality before upgrading for higher limits and advanced features.
Subscription payments, including renewals, are refundable within seven days of purchase. You can request the refund from your billing dashboard after canceling the subscription. Extra credit-pack purchases are non-refundable.

The extension runs locally while you browse Zillow and creates a file when you start an export. Cloud Importer runs on Property Data Labs servers from a Zillow search URL, so larger jobs can continue after you close your browser.
A Basic cloud export returns a standard set of fields and costs one credit per page, or roughly 40 listings. An Advanced export returns a broader set of fields and costs one credit per listing.
An empty field means the data was not available on the Zillow listing page. We extract the data Zillow provides for each property, but cannot guarantee that every field is populated for every listing.
